Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from eMed Medical Supply, we ask you to please contact us within 7 days of delivery to make arrangements for a refund, account credit, exchange, or replacement.

As an extended courtesy to our customers, we will accept returns of most merchandise purchased from eMed Medical Supply within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds beyond 30 days are not accepted. If your item involves a Manufacturer Warranty Issue, please contact us directly.

Please examine your order as soon as you receive it, if your merchandise is damaged or defective, or there are items that you did not order, or you received the wrong items, please contact us immediately to make arrangements.

If you are returning an item for any reason other than damage or defect a 25% per item restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from your refund.  Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipment return. To qualify for return, items must be unopened, in original manufacturer packaging and in re-saleable condition. Defibrillator pads/cartridges, batteries and single-use patient supplies cannot be returned if packaging has been opened, torn or shows any evidence of tampering. Refunded items MUST be returned in their original shipping containers, unopened and in new condition containing all parts, accessories, etc. Hygiene Items are not refundable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be defective, we will refund your standard shipping fee and no restocking fee will be assessed.

Defects caused by misuse to the item or improper operation are not covered under this policy.
